Our most popular Ducati battery the CT12B-BS is supplied to the Ducati factory in Bologna by Unibat, and is the original equipment currently fitted to all new Ducati's.

Our part number is CT12B-BS however this is an identical product to a YT12B-BS it is simply that the C replaces the Y for manufacturer reference purposes.

Delivery is Free to most of mainland Britain (charges apply to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands), and we aim to despatch all orders the same day and in most cases those orders placed before 2pm on a week day are delivered the next working day.

Delivery is by UK Mail and we provide you with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can track the status of your delivery.

In many cases we offer an express shipping option that guarantees delivery on a specific date* . All goods must be checked upon delivery and shortages/damages must be reported to us within this 24 hours for us to claim with the courier.

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item excluding any administration, postage and packing costs that we will have incurred
